I support families nationwide and worldwide. My Sleep Consulting services are available globally via virtual platforms. For in-person support ( such as Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula roles) I am available for travel both domestically and internationally to provide hands-on care in your home.

For families outside of my local area, I offer travel-based care where I can relocate to your home for a designated period. Travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations, are discussed and tailored during our initial consultation to ensure a seamless experience for your family.

While both provide support during the fourth trimester, a Postpartum Doula focuses on the recovery of the mother and the transition of the entire family (including emotional support and light household help). An NCS is a specialist focused primarily on newborn health, routine, and overnight care. Many families choose a blend of both.
